Main Components

The main structure of the IR Scene Projector is mainly composed of a point source black body, a surface source black body, a projection lens, a reflector, a DMD, a small field of view lens and a large field of view lens. The small field of view lens and the large field of view lens are interchangeable to meet the two field of view requirements of the IR Scene Projector.

Working Principle

After the IR Scene Projector receives the scene, environment, target distance, speed and other information from the main control console through the industrial computer, the industrial computer performs depth analysis calculations to generate the simulated infrared scene through the host computer, and sends image information to the DMD control board inside the IR scene projector through the optical fiber digital video transmission line. The control board drives the DMD micromirror switch to reverse so that the image is displayed on the DMD micromirror surface, and the image is displayed to the product to be tested through the blackbody lighting system and the synthetic optical path, thereby realizing the semi-physical simulation and dynamic test.
