The indium gallium arsenide Camera is suited to semiconductor inspection, airborne hyperspectral imaging, active imaging and 1.55μm laser line detection.

Gatherstar SWIR camera, the GS-SW6401715C/UC features a 640 x 512 pixel, 15μm x 15μm pixel pitch, high sensitivity InGaAs sensor in 0.9~1.7μm wavelength.

The camera is peltier cooled/uncooled optional, uses a 14 bit A/D converter and offers a standard CameraLink output. It features Automatic Gain Control (AGC), image enhancement and built-in non-uniformity correction (NUC). It enables users to capture images from in the Short Wave Infrared range:  (0.9μm to 1.7μm).

The Gatherstar camera is ideal for pulsed or CW laser beam profiling, semiconductor inspection, airborne hyperspectral imaging, active imaging and 1.55μm laser line detection.
